When the Picture Doesn’t Tell the Whole Story
This wood removal job was severely underestimated from the pictures. The pile looked nicely stacked and fairly manageable, but once I got there, it turned out it was down two good-sized hills, a longer carry than expected, and considerably more material than the photos showed.
And it was heavy. Once everything was loaded, the trailer was full and the job took about 1½ hours.
It’s a good reminder that when pricing hauling jobs, pictures don’t always tell the whole story. Volume, weight, access, and how far the material has to be moved can make a big difference.
Serving Bow, Concord, NH, Pembroke, Hooksett, Dunbarton, Hopkinton, NH, Henniker, Weare, Canterbury, Loudon, Allenstown, Suncook, Chichester, Epsom, Penacook and surrounding New Hampshire communities.
