The Five

Five businesses. One shared challenge. One powerhouse product.

Every Collab begins with The Five — five independent businesses that come together around a problem worth solving.

The Five bring the industry experience.

They identify the problem, share how it affects their businesses, define what the solution needs to accomplish, establish priorities, test the product, and help direct its future.

Action Apps brings the development engine.

Action Apps provides the development, technical scope, platform infrastructure, product delivery, and systems required to turn the vision of The Five into a scalable commercial software product.

Together, we aren't building custom software for one company.

We're combining the knowledge of five businesses with a proven development platform to build something bigger than any one of them would build alone.

The Five define it.
Action Apps builds it.
Collabs brings it together.

Find your Five. Build something powerful.

Socialize exists to help people and businesses connect at scale.
The mission is to make it simple to create, organize, schedule, and distribute relevant content across multiple social platforms from one place—without losing brand consistency or spending hours managing each network individually.

Tasker

Manage the work. Track the progress. Complete the objective.

Tasker is a Collabs project focused on a simple question:

How can we make it easier to organize, assign, track and complete the things that need to get done?

Task management isn't limited to projects or employees. Businesses need to track recurring operational responsibilities, customer-related work, maintenance, compliance, follow-ups and team objectives. Individuals need the same visibility across personal projects, responsibilities and goals.

Tasker brings those activities into one place.

Create an objective. Break it into tasks. Assign responsibility. Establish schedules and due dates. Group related work. Track activity. Receive notifications. See what's complete, what's coming up and what's falling behind.

The Collab Opportunity

We're looking for The Five — five businesses that want to help define what a better task and activity management system should become.

The Five will use Tasker in their actual operations, identify missing workflows, propose improvements, prioritize features and help direct the future development of the product.

Action Apps provides the development, delivery, platform and technical scope.

The Five define it. Action Apps builds it. Collabs brings it together.

Business or Personal. One Objective: Get It Done.

Help us build Tasker. Join the Tasker Collab.
